People were spamming the download button, so Bioware removed the ammount they calculated was by the spammer. It gotta be fair

It's not the spamming: it's because of the DL that just BW guys have in their hands; Melo said some pages ago that they manually insert all the other PC DL which are not shown as the normal ones.
This mean a quick increase that lasts for few minutes!
