Is there a means to follow on downloads to date? Will the website for instance have a running tracker counting up / counting down to the magic number? Something about watching numbers ticking over.....strangely satisfying......also strangely reminding me of the Jerry Lewis telethons they used to preempt my tv with.....

I read that page a few times and unless I'm blind (that or I just need more caffine as I just woke up not that long ago) all I saw was that when it was available and for what platforms.. I didn't see if it said where it could be downloaded from on the PC, unless it'll just show once it's available..

Well, it doesn't say anything, but Chris (in the other topic, about "demo anouncement") explains that the demo is downloaded there.

If you go to http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/demo/ they will have a counter there

The demo gets released on Feb. 22nd according to PST (Pacific Standard Timezone). Chris already put up a notice and actual release details regarding this, but it basically boils down to this:

For PC – February 22 at 9am PST
For Xbox 360 – February 22 between midnight and 2am PST
For Playstation 3 users in North America – February 22 between 4pm and 8pm PST
For Playstation 3 users outside North America -  February 23 between 4pm and 8pm GMT

Check your local timezone and check it against PST; then you'll know when you can actually get the demo.

Well knowing that it was timezone PST would have been good information to publish on the Demo information page, oh and it's been the 22nd for 9 hours and 45 mins.
