On gamestop it says just the sword and shield as preorder bonus
on ea store it shows the belt the sword the shield and the dark emporium but the picture shows just the pc and xbox 360 versions of the game and uppon contacting tech support on it they say its only provided to whats shown

so is it possible for owners of the ps3 console who are preordering the game get the following dlc bonus?

"the irons"
"FadeShear"
"The lion of Orlais"
and
"The Black Emporium"

if so where can i purchase it from? I've been planning to preorder this since I found out about it in january but I cant seem to get straight answers :/

also why is there no preordering the signature edition anymore?

Ask in the DA2 forums; the BioWare Store that's supported here sells physical merchandise.

because Signature Edition was a limited offer - y'know: limited time period - and ran out in January.

I know I missed the signature edition the other things are normal preorder items but the sources in the "preorder" link on biowares site leads me to sites where the rewards aren't clear
