[*]RAM: 4GB Installed
[*]ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB
[*]MSI P6N FI Core 2 Duo nVidia 650i 1333MHz FSB Dual Channel DDR
System Specs Build 3:
[*]OS: Windows Vista (Fresh Install)
[*]CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66Ghz
[*]RAM: 4GB Installed
[*]NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB
[*]MSI P6N FI Core 2 Duo nVidia 650i 1333MHz FSB Dual Channel DDR
System Specs Build 4:
[*]OS: Windows Vista (Fresh Install)
[*]CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66Ghz
[*]RAM: 4GB Installed
[*]ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB
[*]MSI P6N FI Core 2 Duo nVidia 650i 1333MHz FSB Dual Channel DDR
I swapped my Geforce 8800 GTS 512 for a Radeon HD 5770 Seen no change in performance. Fresh installed Vista on a new HD and still exact same performance. Im not willing to upgrade my mother board and processor for further testing . Bottom line is I have gone way beyond what an average consumer should have to do to get this product to perfrom as advertised.

I'm sorry if you spent money on these upgrades hoping it would solve your problem. The fact that it didn't solve your problems doesn't necessarily mean it's the game's fault. Before you go blaming DAO for not performing as advertised, you should look into many other possibilities of why this is happening. Your "four" builds are only minor modifications and just narrow down the possibilities; they do not point out DAO as the problem. I know it seems like you've done a lot, but in the world of PC's and upgrades replacing an OS and a GPU isn't really much of anything. You have many other things to test, like RAM CPU HDD PSU or even a dirty/old cable.
Good luck in finding out what's causing this, just be a little more thorough in your investigation before getting frustrated that you upgraded and claiming it's the game's fault.

When i start the game everything looks fine, FPS around 30.
Then after changing locations, having 1-2 fights FPS drops to 10-12 or even worse.
Then i exit the game and run it again, everything is back to normal (30 FPS), but not for long.
Also i have long loading time after few quick loads or area loads in the game.
I've tryied like Grave77digger, run the game with only 1 core active - no change, run the game as administrator in Windows XP (SP3) compatibility mode - no changes, also running game in lower resolutions and on low details - no change!
My specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (fresh install, all updates, newest DirectX)
AMD Athlon 64bit x2 4000+ (2.11 MHz x 2) - 100% working fine (checked in other games)
2 GB Hyper-X Kingston DDR2 (800Mhz), Dual - fresh new!
Asus Ati Radeon 4850 1GB DDR3 - fresh new! (newest driver for Win7 from Asus support website
37 inch LG LCD Full HD (1920x1080 ress)
Game should run on full details without no problems.
It does for first 10 minutes.
To Ankitol:
I understan your point of view, but you must addmit that it is very strange and suspicious that all other games on my computer works fine, but only Dragon Age have that strange problem.
Before DAO i've played Risen, Oblivion, Call Of Juarez II and even Knight Of The Old Republic (other Bioware product)
Looks like memory leak or some issue with game's engine.
When i minimaize the game to Windows 7, still my both proccesor runs 100% and DDR2 memory is 100% occupated. Windows works like crap while the game is on.
Hope Bioware will be able to solve the problem.
Grave77digger + thanks to your info, now i know that it is not a Windows 7 Ultimate problem.

In the game i can run in one room or location for hours and the game will run great, the problem appears when i move on. Game's FPS begins to slow down and loading times increases.
On another forum Bioware crew already typed post that they are aware of the problem and working to fix it. They asked for patient. They need to run a lot of tests to discover what is the reason for memory leak issues.
It can be anything - one of the spells, skills, everything you do can trigger it.
Also it looks like problem depends somehow on hardware, two of my friends with GTS 280GTX cards and Intel Quad Procs told me that game runs perfect for them.
You are lucky or not.
Overall, that sucks.
I vote for demo versions of all games!

You make it sound like it's bioware's fault you're having hardware problems.
Seems likely. I see that I am but one of MANY who are experiencing fps issues despite exceeding the recommended requirements. I myself have tried everything possible. Still nothing. I have to run it on low settings, and even so the fps is only tolerable. Still, it's the best I can do. I've given up on trying to improve it.

I don't belive it is overheating problem.

have you tried the CPU affinity fix here? Part of the reason several of us are convinced it's not a memory leak is that it doesn't seem to affect all users. I can play for 15 hours without ever seeing a load time over 45 seconds and my processor isn't technically even supported.
