Hello,

As the title says, I had to make a new account because my old one won't log in.  Every time I try to log into the server, I put in my email address and password correctly, but it takes me to new account set up.  I fill out the options then click next but that fails because the email address is already associated with an account?  I know I had an account with that email address, and it did work at one point, however now when I try to log in, apparently I have to re create the account, but i can't since the email address is already associated with the old account!  So, I made a new account, but now all games and things I had on the old account won't transfer to the new one, or I don't know how to do that.  I went to the profile thing on ea.com and checked to make sure the account works and it does, but it doesn't work here.  At the bottom of the create new account screen, and this hasn't happened before when I used to log in, I was able to log in just fine, are these words:

You are logged in with your EA account. Please fill in some additional fields to proceed.

I hope I have explained things well enough so I can gtet some help, and get the old account restored!
