Basically, Shale says that if the choice had been up to her, she'd have pulped Zevran when he first fought the Warden. Zev says that how can you kill something so attractive? Shale doesn't appear to think how attractiveness can keep something more alive. Then Zev does a description of Morrigan "dark hair, (something) eyes, heaving chest, how could you not bed something like that before killing it?"
Morrigan: "I am SO relieved."
I'm cracking up, I didn't know they had come up with pieces of dialogue specific to all 3 characters in your party! Thank you Bioware!

Heh, that dialogue changes depending on who is in the party. Sometimes he refers to the Warden, to Alistair etc.

Yes there's a few of those where all three party members talk to one another. Here's another one where Zevran is flirting with Morrigan, but turns out that he was asked to do it by either Alistair, Leliana, or Oghren as part of a Prank.
Zevran: Has anyone told you what marvelous eyes you possess, my dear?
Morrigan: Again with the flattery? Do you not tire from these pointless exercises?
Zevran: In Antiva, women are accustomed to being showered with the praise they deserve. Men should worship you at your feet as you pass.
Morrigan: They don't find that incredibly annoying?
Zevran: They are goddesses receiving their subjects, just as you should be. Whatever would be annoying about that?
Morrigan: I have no wish to be placed upon a pedestal.

Yes in alot of her convos she doesn't think too highly of the other companions. I think it perfectly represents how she feels.
