This is making my hair fall out - I redeemed the two codes that came with my game, and only The Stone Prisoner shows. It downloaded, and it works fine. The Blood Dragon Armor, however, isn't. I've followed the card's instructions to the letter. checked and re-checked the promo code more times than I can remember, I've read the PDF files, gone through all the sections in the help FAQ, I've done everything I can to get this to show, and it refuses. I know I have it redeemed, because it shows up in the "Your Registered Game Promotions" page in my Profile on this site.

Any help? Bioware? Please??
