Hi, i bought the Dragon Age Ultimate Edition today.

I already own Dragon Age:Origins, but i want to play all the DLC's and the Add-on and it is cheaper for me to buy the Ultimate Edition, where everythng is included. Now i have this Problem: I submit the Code for All the DLC's, the Shale DLC included. It is shown in the menu, where i can choose which DLC i want  to download, but i can't choose it. I can download any other DLC, with the exception of Shale. Same is for my Shale-Code from my first Dragon Age: Origins CD. I don't thought about it, when i submit the first code a few month ago (when i bought DA:O), but now i bought the Ultimate Edition, which should Shale have been included. Have i done anything wrong, or is it a known mistake? How can i get Shale now?

You don't need to download any DLC for Ultimate Edition.  It all comes bundles with the game.  What you need to do is *authorize* it.  Shale does not appear instantly in the game... you have to find it by doing the "Sulcher's Pass" quest.  This and other in-game DLC won't be available until after you complete the initial Origin story.

EDIT:  DLC for dragon age is different from Mass Effect 2.  With ME2, you needed to download executible files.  For DA, once it's purchased (or in the case of Ultimate Edition, once it's installed) you just need to authorize it and go.  If you're having authorization issues, see the stickies at the to of this forum or check out the link in my sig.

Wait... So, even if I did meet Felix (the man who gives you the Control Rod) you still won't be able to get to Shale's village? Because I have DA: UE as well, and I managed to get to Sulcher's Pass and speak with him... But there's no quest after it, I can't even find the bloody village on my map... :(

The village is "Honnleath".  It's south and west of Redcliffe and Lake Calenhad.

It (and the other new locations associated with certain DLC) appear on the World Map in slightly yellow/gold, rather than in white.  And those locations only appear after you've had the conversation about them with some particular NPC.  (In this case, that being the one with "Felix de Grosbois, Merchant and Entrepreneur".)

And there's another whole quest to complete there before Shale becomes available as a Party Member. :wizard:
