Yes its a free demo, as I said. But it hasn't officially been released yet making it ambiguously legal.

Bioware has said nothing on the subject, anywhere. Gamestar has said nothing on the subject, anywhere. The EULA says nothing about the 22nd of February or any sort of "do not play before" date. What kind of international law do you think applies here?

After going to much trouble I tried the German demo. I was able to complete a playthrough as female mage Hawke. For some weird reason, every time I try to replay it, the demo crashes in the middle.

No, the people who are playing the demo that they got from the DVD, aren't doing anything unquestionable.

Those who are sharing the demo over the net, however, might be in more trouble.

No but acquiring licensed content when you are not supposed to, specially if that is copyrighted content owned by Bioware/EA, then it is of questionable legality.

I hope the German version isn't real because Isabela looks bug eyed in it. And really..ugly. In the livestream she looks beautiful but in the demo...I'm not sure if its because of the low settings or what but she doesn't look right. Neither does Cassandra.

Just looked on Youtube and Isabela's eyes do look different.
Cassandra did seem normal to me though.

I got to say it does feel really fast. I was killing enimies in one blast of fire ball its on normal and they all die instant from one move.

I prefet to judge myself. If this is like the public demo showed in another thread, enemies doesn't die with one hit or move (excluding the exaggerated part)
