Does anyone know if it matters what you play the demo on? Does the item you get for beating it unlock across all platforms or just the one you beat it on? (Cause then I'll go dust off my PS3 instead of waiting a week)

Nope, we can get up to 24 Mb/s if I can afford to pay 1950 LE monthly, which means 23,400 LE a year

Probably just the one you unlocked it on. How is your xbox live account supposed to "know" you beated the demo on PS3 for example ?

It should unlock it on all.  And it knows because you actually unlock it by signing into your EA account!

It unlocks by linking it with your EA account and for pretty much every item connected to your EA account, you have access to them on all platforms. So by beating it on Xbox Live, you'll still more than likely get the item for the PS3 and the PC.

Doesn't matter. If you sign in with your EA account through the demo, it should unlock the item for every console the game releases on, which means 360, PS3, PC, and Mac.

Sadly it doesn't, I finished the German demo, only unlocks on the platform you played it on.

Because you have to log into the Bioware servers, they would know, and it would be available all around.

So...has anyone asked about why the demo is 2Gb and the whole retail game is 7Gb? It HAS to be super compression of endlessness.
