So pc users get it 7 to 9 hours later?, I don't get it, if the demo is available for release by microsoft time why is it not available at the same time for pc?, this is a genuine question not a moan, several hours is no biggy to me, 4 days on the other hand.......
Also this. It makes little sense seeing as they have to jump through more hoops to get it on PSN and Xbox LIVE on time.

Not till you pay the royalty fees.
By royalty fees, do you mean I have to pay you royalties, or I have to pay extra because of my royal bloodline?

Anyway, are you able to save your game? And does the fact that it is set at Normal mean you cannot go down to Easy?

Asked this on another topic before seeing there was a FAQ topic, sorry 'bout that.

Save during the demo itself, so you can come back later? Don't know.
Save at the end, to import into the full game? No.
Change difficulty? Don't know.

So...Xbox users get it just after midnight PST and PC users have to wait till frickin' 9am PST for it? What kind of BS is that?
Yes I know MS has a set schedule for releasing...no I really don't care. PC users should be able to download it at the same time...not 9 hours later.
oh and before the fanboys jump on me...I have an xbox 360. I just don't use it to play DA.
Really? You'rePMSingcomplaining over a couple of hours differance? How many years have you waited to play this game? Jeez, some of you think you're really entitled don't you?
2 hours is a couple hours of difference. 9 is dangerously close to irritating.
Also, I'll kindly thank you to not call complaining PMSing. using strikeout doesn't erase it and it's just as insulting.
And no, I don't believe I'm entitled. I believe I'm somewhat miffed that it's not being released to us at the same time. There's a difference. Learn it. <_<

Not all XBox users get it at midnight. Guys on the silver account (i.e. free) get it a week later.

Yes I know they were in the Youtube demo footage posted recently, but that was a different demo and a different build (as confirmed by Chris).

Yes, however the majority will get it then since there are more gold than silver accounts. At least that's what I'm led to believe.

Still, the difference between nine and five hours and a week is massive. So cool your jets, and be thankful you are faced with the choice of either paying for a free demo, or waiting a week.

Yes, I am grateful that I get the demo on the 22nd and not a week later. But regardless of Microsoft screwing their own customers (which is another topic entirely) it still makes no sense to delay the PC demo release at all.

Nine to five hours doesn't count as delay, that barely counts as variance in shipping schedules.
Twenty-four hours or more counts as delay.
