I just redeemed a code for the Dr. Pepper every bottle wins EA downloadable content and it says that in order to recieve my in-game content for Mass Effect 2, i need an active cerberus network. so i went on my xbox and it says I need to use an activation code to gain access to the cerberus network and that it comes with the game. But here's the problem I already did. I double checked I have all the extra content which comes with activating the cerberus network such as the new character and new missions which I did not purchase seperatley. How am I supposed to log in to my cerberus network and get my in game content?

I'm not sure what your problem is. I know they stopped the Daily news, but I didn't think that it affected downloads. Sorry I can't be of service.

Frozen if I was you, you should message this direct too bioware.. I know what you said, but I can't understand that happening.. It didn't happen to me so I don't know about it. I hope bioware is able to help you.
