It may be nothing, but I noticed that Joker does not express interest about any of the women on the crew. It may be due to his brittle bone syndrome, but I would think he would still comment on how hot some of the women were and just not act on it. EDI is the only one he "flirts" with, but thats just a joke that they share. During the beginning of the game, I was talking to him about the crew and what he thought of them. He mentioned that "Jacob is waaaay too nice of a guy for amount of ways he knows how to kill a man". That inflection made me think of some romantic interest in Jacob from Joker.
What would you guys think of Joker turned out to be homosexual in ME3?

That would be awesome. Bioware has been pretty awesome about homosexual relationships. I wouldn't be surprised if they threw some NPC homos into the storyline mix eventually. Maybe not in ME3, but we can hope... (^-^)

Joker always seemed like the nerdy type to me, focused on his ship and his skills. That leaves little time for messing around. Couple that with his condition and he probably has low self-esteem when it comes to girls. He did however mention to Shep to take pictures during that one scene.
If it turns out that he's homosexual? I wouldn't mind as long as I can't romance him. Not every character needs to get hit with a Fan Service Stick.

So by that logic if he likes the male form shouldn't he be commenting on how cute Kaidan's bum looks in his armor? Or what a snazzy dresser Thane is? Or what a nice fringe Garrus has? Or how Jacob has attractive attributes other than just being "nice" *cough* his abs *cough*?
I think Joker's just worried that my Shep would give him a smack upside the head if she heard him objectifying women (or men) in such a manner...
Anyhow, I'm totally cool with Joker being gay. Or any other character whose sexuality hasn't been definitively established.
