Oh. I guess it's worth mentioning that Templar of course allows you to get loads of spell resistance. Much like Mana Clash of course it's a really cheesy way of dealing with casters.
Lookig for good 2 handed warrior build

I can't get into Reaver at all, tried it in Origins and felt like I was getting more bang for my buck with berserker. Tried in in Awakening and it felt like all the skills were made redundant. The self damaging AoE was made redundant because my whole party was one-shotting spawns down to just the Lt/boss. The self heal (weak as it is) is replaced by a simple potion. The fear cc was constantly resisted, and lastly the damage boost, which came at theg cost of 3 other powers , was rarely ever in play because I don't allow myself to get my health that low for more than a second or 2. I just don't see any benefits to this spec. I can see where there is debate though, because soloists do enjoy this spec. I don't do solo playthroughs. But the party vs soloing aspect needs to be mentioned, otherwise you have several people disagreeing but yet they can't seem to understand why.

Berserk shines with DW.
Champion shines with more than 1 Champion.
Templar is good at any time. Should be standard in most builds.
Reaver shines in the 3 mage 1 tank groups and solo runs.
As one who hates to generalize, thats about as close as I will get to doing it. I'm sure there are variants abound in a game this infinite in possibilities.

I'm playing DA:O for the second playthrough, this time as a 2H Warrior. I'm liking my build so far: Berserker and Champion. I've maxed out most of the 2H trees, all of Berserker tree, and will max out the Champion tree for team buffs and just to have War Cry knock fools down. I always have Indomitable and Berserk on. To **** around, I'll put on Powerful Swings and use Final Blow. I'm at level 17 so I'm not done yet, but right now I'm having a much easier time with the game than when I played as a dual wield rogue.
My party consists (usually) of Alistair, Morrigan, and Leliana. Good variety, crowd control, and aggro control.

My main build now is a Templar/Reaver/Spirit Warrior with about 104 strength and 40+ Willpower. With talents maxed for the first and third tear of warrior talents (Awakening) and all 2h talents. With Plight of the Peons you can do about 500 points of damage per hit and one to 2shot normal enemies.
