I agree with an author of this thread.
Designing character face after certain real life people (in this case Yvonne Strahovski who looks gorgeous when she SMILES but she is also a blondre irl) doesn't always work out in video games. Especially if you're making that character all "business-like". I'd take your version over the original in a heartbeat just because  she looks "more perfect (as she was designed to be) and less manly.

Hopefully they take note and improve her face. Perhaps expiriment with haircuts as well. 

ps Pretty sad that there were never any tools released for editing ME2. Modders created A LOT of beautiful faces for Dragon Age thus adding massive replayability to it. I am sure modders would have eventually made a better looking Miranda But thats just wishful thinking.

Surely it would make sense that she would be stunningly attractive if she was genetically modified. What doesn't make sense is that she looks "good for a plain girl".

This says it all, what people want with the image on the right isnt even something remotely original, she would look almost identical to every other female game lead.  Therefore loosing personality and sucking.  I personally think its great they modeled some of the characters after their VA's, gives them true personality.

The original Miranda gives me the feeling she's in her 30s, which sounds right given her position in Cerberus. The one you made makes her seem much younger which just doesn't make sense with her position in the organization.

The major point that a few people pointed out is that designers simply failed to capture Yvonne's beauty and transfer it into VG. Her face DOES NOT need to be completely changed because they already went down this path. The only thing they need to work at are cosmetics.

Truth be told, if "I" was going to improve Miranda without her looking too different from Yvonne, then I would have based her on Alison Angel. ( Now I admit that Alison Angel is a *ahem* "adult" star, but she looks like Yvonne without the wonky mouth.
