Any Dragon Age players here? The OPs work kind of reminds me of DA Redesigned. Which I do not mean as a compliment, though that mod was fairly popular.

Imperfect seems to be the odd word out in that list. All the others sound like she looks below average.

I just did a quick mockup in Photoshop of Yvonne and Miranda and Miranda's model is nearly spot on (some edges are sharper but it's a game model) - what is causing her look to be warped is the hair - it makes her face look wider then it really is. Uh, yeah, no. Just swapping the hair ain't going to do jack.  When Miranda looks weird, it's the lighting.  When anybody looks weird, it's usually a lighting thing.

There's no question that the face scan of Miranda is perfect - I'm not arguing that. It's true in any situation with anybody - someone's hair can make their faces look different. Miranda's hair in-game being a lumpy, unmoving brown thing on her head is resulting in her face looking off during some scenes. You are right that Miranda looks weird only during poor lighting but her face looks fuller because of the way the hair is modeled.

I think the modified one looks a lot like Michelle Forbes, must be the eye brows.  She played Admiral Helena Cain on BSG.  Also had been on 24 and True Blood, among other works.

Great, now you've ruined Miranda for me! Lul jk, TBH I think her personality is the reason my Sheps won't romance her. That's why you want Tali or Liara. Anyway, meh, they're videogame characters, not real people, they can be how they like and we ca judge'em for it.

Yes, yes and yes. I am saving those images. May I ask who actually made them so I can give them bro-fist, sis-fist or whatever the term is. If Miranda looked like that -

I would be damn - Jack...Miranda...Jack...Miranda...who, who, who!? Then I would kill myself because simply the only possibility would be to have threesome, nothing less.

But seriously, and I'm probably going to cement this forum's hatred of me, I actually like the other Miranda face better. It makes her look more like the ice queen she's suppose to be. I dunno. Yvonne's face just doesn't really work well with the ME game engine. (Not that I'm saying Yvonne herself is ugly either, before everyone ties me to a stake.) That and lots of bad lighting makes Miranda kind fugly looking sometimes. If only all the characters in-game could look like their CGI trailer counterparts.

As for Jack, wouldn't mind her having hair, but that just does not suit her.

I agree we need to do something with the hair of Miranda but Jack is the bad ass biotic who doesn't give a grab about anything. The no hair goes well with her.

Definite improvement on Jack.  Still looks the bad girl part without begin as extremely disturbing.

Miranda, she's alright the way she is.  Your touched up pic looks good too, but I got no complaints.
