Im planning to make a Dragon age movie. Wont reveal what it will be yet but i need advice on how to kill the most of your companions...


*Warning, companion and story spoilers both*

As ive understood, you can kill dog if you are a mage, in the cutscene after ostagar.

You can kill wynne in the urn of sacred ashes and in the circle tower.

You can kill shale in the anvil of the void if you try to save the anvil. (only heard it, does he run off or can you kill him?)

You can kill Zevran after he tries to kill you.

That leaves...

Leliana, Sten and oghren. Alistair and morrigan being major plot characters are unkillable if im right?

So... any way to make sten, leliana and Oghren betray you. Or any way to kill them? It doesent matter HOW , only that they die.

Not sure about this, but if my memory serves, you can atleast kill Sten in his cage?

If Leliana is with you and you side with the Reavers during the ashes (pouring blood on the ashes) she will go berserk and you can kill her.



Sten you might be able to kill while he is in the cage I believe. Even if you cant you can always just leave him there until Lothering is destroyed I suppose. This is the same with Dog, Dog you can kill instead of muzzling (which has very hilarious background music when you pull out the knife btw), or you can let him die from the poison by not bringing back the flower. I think the only time you cant kill the dog is as a human noble.



Pretty sure you can completely refuse Oghren when he tries to join you during the Paragon quest, though since he is one of the most useful party members imho I have always taken him.

Cant remember this option at all. Only to leave him there. Do you need a cunning or persuade check etc?

Shale indeed attacks you if you take him to the anvil and try to preserve it and dies if you proceed.



Leliana, from what I understand, can be killed in that urn incident just like Wynne...



I also think it's possible to kill Sten in his cage..



No idea about Oghren though...

Leliana and Sten if you leave them at Lothering they will die when the Blight attack it.

Shale- Yes choose to keep the anvil and he will join the Golems on attempting to kick your face in.

Also if you want, by pouring the blood into the urn, Leliana will later on leave looking to see what happened to the urn herself.

The dog, if you aren't a Human Noble you can just leave them at Ostagar.

Wynme is also killable like right at the of the Circle quest, after the Templars let you through the door.

You can have Alistair executed at the Landsmeet.

You can have Morrigan leave after having a child with her, yadayada.

Oghren though, I'm not sure how to get him to go.

Oh, obviously you can side with Loghain at the end to get rid of Alastair (but then you are stuck with Loghain in his place). You might be able to have Alastair executed if Anora becomes the sole queen? I haven't tried this yet.



There might be something possible with Morrigan if you side with Flemeth after Morrigan gets the tome. I know Flemeth wants you to lie but there might be a way to completely betray Morrigan. Haven't tried this yet however.

Choose Anora to become queen, she'll immediately have his head chopped off if you don't interfere, she's just that lovely.

But the main idea is something else. Ill link the movie on the forum when its done in about a week.

Still need a way to get Oghren to betray you or kill him.

Maybe lower his influence alot before branka will make him betray the PC.

Out of all the companions Oghren can't be the only one that is unkillable =/. Has anyone tried to get into a fight with him when you get the one conversation in Tap's Tavern?

Oh actually we still haven't figured out if there is anything you can do to Morrigan other than making her leave after bearing a child.

Regularly ****** him off.  He will try to fight ya, and you will have the option to kill him at the end.

You can always ask Morrigan to leave, though I have no idea if she obliges.

Yeah I just tested that. Morrigan does leave you if you tell her (though she asks you twice to make sure you are certain). No option to kill her.

Aye for Oghren you just have to lower your Influence to the point where he'll leave,...then you can get the option to kill him..



So far I think that's one of the only ways to do it.

So now we're only down to Morrigan being unkillable (though you can make her leave the party anytime). 

Maybe there's a way to get Morrigan to be killed by Templars or perhaps if Wynne + Morrigan are in the party together at a certain time?

I changed my mind on the Flemeth idea, because obviously Flemeth wants her alive so she can take the body, I doubt she will ever give you the option to betray Morrigan besides lying and telling her that Flemeth is dead when she isnt.

Well, there are a lot of things that lower her approval, perhaps she too can be killed if you get her to hate you (hate you more, that is).

On Morrigan, maybe you can side with Flemeth then admit it and she will attack you? Never tried it so I have no idea if it works.

Yikes... I wonder what happens in the final battle sequences where you have to split up if you don't even have a full party left. O_o
