The starter of the other thread wouldn't say.    But I've been feverishly googling  for a while,  But there's no mention of an english version of the demo leaked and avaliable for download.  Just some german version.

Laws? Most of the digital kinda laws are mostly from the U.S. a lot of Europe countries don't have them, like how thepiratebay from Sweden is still online because they don't have laws against it. If leak was uploaded from say Sweden I'd find it hard for them to do anything about it.

But I doubt they would anyway, 2 day from release, not worth the lawsuit.

I read the thread before it got turned off, and as far as I could tell it was in fact the German leak but the text was appearently in English, voice overs wasn't.
