Hey, so I'm really not able to afford the game at this time, or any time soon, but I loved DAO (beat literally every part of it including all DLC's) and I was wondering what the liklihood would be of possibly allowing all pre-order content to become available even after game launch, as DLC possibly? I know it wasn't done in the last game, but I think I wouldn't be the only guy interested in such a thing.
Pre Order Content?

Then it wouldn't be pre-order content and there would be no incentive for people to buy early.

Worse case scenerio you will have to wait for the ultimate edition. They did make most of the retailer specific items for Mass Effect 2 available for DLC a few months after release. There is always hope.

Except that they would get it free. Personally I pre ordered at gamestop back in early december. But I always thought that it should be available to all if they are will the pay extra.

All pre-order content? Very low.
Much of it? I'd say there's a possibility it's available through DLC packs, Ultimate Editions, etc.
Much of the free stuff isn't for pre-orders anyway this time, unless you're referring to the Signature Edition.
