The femshep thread is your best bet for a wide selection of well constructed femsheps. A lot of people dont post in the masseffect facecode database due to trolling attempts. If you want you can also download one the files in my sig as there is a wide selction of really well contructed femsheps in there. If there is one you like you can ask the owner if its possible for the facecode.
Back to the thread title of "Hottest Shepard I've created" has to be Amelia shepard who in my avatar.
But there are loads of others I consider better. Like Chignon's Noah Shepard, Ele08's Teagan Shepard or AkodoRyu's Marge shepard. For example

Could you perhaps list the character creation specs for ME1? Im about to redo the entire trilogy as a FemShep and thought that there is simply no way I could top that Shepard.
