My guess is Meredith.

The party is too human at the moment - elves and dwarves just look like variants on humans, and Qunari used to. I think that Bioware will want to liven up the cast with a Shale-like companion, so that it isn't all similar-looking races. It could be a Darkspawn, a demon, an abomination, some monster from the Deep Roads (Rock Wraith?) or even another Golem. If not, I think it will be another recurring companion, like Oghren or Anders. Perhaps Sten, Shale, Nathaniel or Alistair.

 I'd rather it not be a darkspwn, we already have enough people saying they turned this game into a fanasty ME, we don't need them using in ME plot twists. Not that I mind ME in fact I love it; we just have to many people complaining as it is.

the secret companion is a Porsche 911 GT2, when you complete his loyalty mission you get a code to unlock issac clarke's armor for the driver in need for speed hot pursuit 2, it's a cross promotion thing, you know
