Those paragon/renegade interrupts are so annoying! There is way too little time to click the button to do it. Right after LOTSB's boss fight with the rogue spectre, the second paragon interrupt flashed ONCE, and then disappeared. I was letting my palm breathe after an intense boss battle on Insanity, and by the time i clicked, it was too late.
Who else thinks the interrupt window is waaaay too short?
Ugh!

I think their long enough I never missed one unless I wasn't paying attention. A couple times I had to scramble for my controller after laying it down but even then I usually had time to to do it.

Edit the coalesced.ini. Look for this section
[SFXGame.BioConversation]
m_fDefaultInterruptWindowDuration=2.0
Up the number to increase the time.

I've never missed an interrupt except once when I waited to see how long it lasted.

I think that LotSB interrupt is much shorter than others

Wrong. It has no effect in ME2.
