Hi, just thought I would through up this post to see what sort of a response I got.

I am quite a way into building a module (hours spent tbh) and am still enjoying it thoroughly. Reality is if I put it together now as a playable mod it would only be about...maybe 2 hours game play in length. So not very long yet.
Anyway, I have a good idea of where I am going with the storyline direction but some extra opinions from fellow gamers or builders would be kind of helpful I reckon.

Naturally, I dont want to post the storyline here on the forum, because there is no fun in that. However, if anyone is interested and has a paticularly creative mind when it comes to stories and think they could add some input then i'd love to hear your thoughts. Things like- good puzzles to include in the module and perhaps a unique twist or way I can go about what I have in mind so far. I'd even be open to people scripting their own puzzles - as I am not too great at scripting myself. (just quietly ....although this doesnt stop me from working the toolset in my favour)

I really would love to release a good module that people enjoyed (naturally, who doesnt) and am trying to build my module with cooperative gameplay in mind. A good multiplayer module that several friends can enjoy together.

If you are interested in possibly helping, then just send me a post and I will send you a reply of what the general plot and storyline is I have in mind so far. It is kind of loose at the moment, but the endgame is clear enough.

{ Imagine right now - a feeling of peace} :wizard:

On NWVault, you can find ideas that community members have posted. Perhaps reading some of these may inspire you to develop some quests and plot turns. When I develop, I also try to read books and watch plot themes and ideas from the books which can inspire ideas for my campaign. It is also a good idea to play other community modules to see what others have done so you can see what you may like to do.

Here's a set of books written by members of a DnD forum. They're chock full of lore and plot hooks. I challenge you not to get ideas from them :-)

Thanks guys, I'll be sure to check them out. I'd like to think I have the imagination to do it on my own, but getting inspiration is never a bad thing. Thanks.
