I have gotten every achivement for dragon age origins and awakening and all the DLCs. None of the items from the DLCs other than Darkspawn Cronicals show up in my inventory when i start a new game, this makes some sense simply because the bioware page doesnt show me having any of the other achievements. I got these achievements offline so I dont know if that could be the issue or what. My xbox live name is famallama so you can look for yourself that i have gotten every achievement. I have tried redownloading the DLCs tried to start the game then sign in to get it to resync with bioware and nothing. I cant think of anything else that could help me solve this problem. If someone knows of something i can do to fix this please let me know.
DLC items don't show up in my game.

Dlc items should show up after the pop up telling you that you've got a certain achievement.
The issue shouldn't be related to connecting to the BioWare site as I've unlocked most things offline and all dlc items are where they should be.
If you have other characters I'd suggest loading a save there to see if the items show up. I assume you've tried creating a new character?
The other question I would ask is which module is your new game referring to. I might check later to see if I can gain confirmation about whether the availability of the dlc items are restricted, though I don't think they are (or at least not all of them).

I have created new characters. The thing that gets me big time is in one of my games i got the sarrows of arlathan, sash of forbidin secrets and vestments of the seer in one of my save games when i started a new character but i did something that made me want to start a new new one, on the new new one i do not have it. The only dlc items that still show up are Blightblood and blood dragon armor.

At least they aren't completely glitched; i.e., not showing up at all. Maybe it just needs a bit of reloading or something.

The problem with that is that i have done every form of reloading I can think of. Also i dont know if it makes a difference but I have it for xbox. I wonder if it doesnt register as me having the achievments since i was online, like when i go to my profile on here it registers my last achievement was from Darkspawn chronicles.

The online profile should have nothing to do with your actual unlocking of achievements. If it did then I wouldn't have unlocked anything as I play almost exclusively offline. Personally I would discount that as an issue. Also, having the 360 version is a given as this is the 360's tech forum.
Not sure how, but perhaps clearing the 360's cache and repatching might be worth a shot. But honestly I don't know if that will help at all as I've never done it myself. By now you'll have realised how limited our choices of fixes are on console.

Well I couldnt think of anything else so I have started going through the DLCs again like i was trying to earn the achievements. The items have started showing up now

That's good to know. Reading about there are certain achievement bugs/glitches that prevent obtaining them.
