I bought the Ultimate Edition on Steam, and in order to open the console, I followed .xml editing directions on the wikia. I then set the keybinding to Tilde and downloaded the mod to see the console. After doing everything listed on the wikia console page, it still isn't working. Is there some step I'm missing that's not listed?
