Last week was the first time I ever played as a Renagade. Can't belive how hard Shepard punches the news lady. A punch like that would put a Krogan on it's arse.

I got trashed by continuing to down drinks provided by the Turian Bartender in Eternity. The whole scene is HILARIOUS. Can't believe I missed it in my first 2 play-throughs.

After every me1 main mission go back to the citadel and talk to udina , he'll comment on what decisions you made.

If you DON’T paragon interrupt the wounded salerian on thane’s recruitment you have another way to heal him (with encouraging words) if you have garrus with you he asks if you considered being a medic (but I don’t know if that’s something every squaddie will say).

Bring liara and wrex to the queen rachni and wrex will make a funny comment about Liara. He’ll say the reason she wants the queen to live is because the asari just want another species to have sex with LOL.

Once edi takes over the ship during the Joker level, talk to her again in the cockpit and all the classified info will be unlocked and available to you, she’ll tell you all about Cerberus.

Don’t renegade interrupt the armless robot in overload and your squad mate will shoot it instead.

There are multiple ways to do Noveria, you can go straight to the hot labs to discover that all those nice people you were trying to help actually work for Benezia and sent you there to die ,they also try to kill you when you return alive. You can unlock the guarded door straight away and have them try to kill you without knowing why they’re REALLY shooting at you. Or you can avoid violence all together by helping the scientist first and then sneaking in through the other entrance afterwards.

You can get free 5 renegade/paragon points by doing the quarian slave side-quest in this order. Talk to the asari and quarian, then talk to the other asari but just say goodbye, return and persuade the slave owner then go back to the other asari and charm/intimidate for free points.

If you spare Shiala but don’t save enough colonists you get a different reaction from her when you meet, she doesn’t ask you out.

If you don’t headbutt the krogan you have lots of charm and intimidates to choose from after (although none were as satisfying as the headbutt)

After every main upgrade to the Normandy, the engineers will talk about them when you walk by them.

Special dialogue moments from squaddies

-bring Ashley when you talk to samesh about his dead wife (its so sweet)

- bring kaidan during the hostage side quest with the biotics

-bring your romance (once established) when you talk to shi’ira and they’ll be snarky (fun)

 -those starved for garrus dialogue in ME2 , ask him about the normandy’s weapons after you get the thanix cannons, he’ll act all delighted with them. People who romance him, after his scout story don’t hit on him right away , leave and come back and he’ll say something new (your option to come on to him will still be there waiting)

- samara , Jacob and joker will comment on your progress in the game (to let you know if you are ready for omega 4 relay) Jacob tells you about your crew, joker about the ship and samara will just have updated comments about the mission.

Edi will tell shepard off if she/he goes into the wrong bathroom

Took me one, but that was after a bunch of hints from other people's screenshots. I *knew* it had to be somewhere, but couldn't find it. Then I wandered close enough to the door and facepalmed.

I used to that all the time. Although i thought it was more akin to geth tenpin bowling except with mobile weapon platforms.

I don't recall if I actually encountered him or saw it somewhere, but I've been looking for the "funny bumps" turian guy. Where is he?

Actually I never talked to the used ships guy more than once! I've gotta go back and try that now. I just listened to the Tupari machine for the first time on my most recent playthrough, too. If you haven't yet--it's in the hall outside the warehouse where you go for the very first part of Garrus' loyalty mission, right next to Refund Guy--you MUST! It's amazing!

Also, the funny bumps guy is the Presidium groundskeeper in Dark Star. He doesn't actually say that in-game, unfortunately.

During Samara's loyalty mission, you don't actually have to follow through on any of the club conversation requests. You just have to initiate a couple, and Morinth'll come to you anyway.

If you choose the neutral option when Aria repays you for the favors, your entire galaxy map will be revealed and annotated, including planetary landing spots.

Noticed I could click on Liara's computer in the admin office on Illium. Said there was no current info, but I wonder if you can use the Cerberus data you can obtain from the N7 mission on Lorek.

If you do Liara's Shadow Broker quest BEFORE Thane and Samara's recruitment, you can check her terminal in Illium for info on those two.

I've noticed that two mechs on the very first mission at the shuttle bay have "talk" squares around them but I've never been able to get close enough to trigger it.

There's a gem of a conversation on the Markets in ME 1; it's by the place where the Terra Firma party members hold their rally. Apparently, it only opens up when you have Kaidan and Ashley in your party, and only when you first visit the Citadel.

while playing MER1 a few weeks ago, I killed Fist without having Wrex with me, and had some different dialogue upon first meeting him.

really love the amount of ways you can play the game differently.

I'm not sure this one has been covered already, but when I returned to the train station on Eden Prime recently, found the body of Nihlus, and investigated it, the whole team gathered around it, Kaidan kneeling beside it in sorrow, and Ashley asking Shepard about that turian. On the 50+ or so previous occasions, investigating that body brought the team into contact with Powell immediately. This time, however, I wonder if one charm point made the difference. Nice discovery.

Woah, just on another run recruiting Garrus - I never knew he could actually shoot you if you stand in the open! Gave me quite a shock when shileds suddenly dropped.
I always wondered why Shepard could say the line "You nailed me good a couple of times". Now I know.
