( Just quickly jotting down my ideas, will edit later! )
The noble head of the Amell family Lord Aristide sent his son to the city of Rivain. There he would marry another noble head's daughter and send his wealth back to his family to restore the Amell monarchy. But as soon as he arrived the Rivaini nobels found him unsuitable and found out that he had already gambled a good amount of their wealth away. The son was thrown on the streets with nothing but a kind woman named Revka offered him help. The two fell madly in love and on the next day they sailed back to the city of Kirkwall with the little wealth they had. Although Lord Aristide did not approve the two were allowed to stay in the castle where they conceived a baby girl, Lilith. After she was born Lilith's mother fell ill and Lilith showed signs of magic and while her mother lay ill, Lilith would draw Glyphs of Warding under her mother's bed with pink chalk. One day while redrawing the glyph Lilith's father had caught her, threw her against a wall and immediatly called the templars. As Lilith screamed her father wiped away the glyph causing her mother to die before she could do anything to save Lilith. Lilith's father had blamed Lilith for her mother's death and sent her to the Circle of Magi far away in Ferelden. Lilith grew to resent her father and her father even began resenting himself...
After arriving at the docks Lilith's magic unleashed. She used her tempest magic to shock and blow away the templars and quickly drew a Glyph of Repulsion with left over chalk to block everyone away. There, Irving saw the powerful child and sat with her for long hours until she finally ran out of mana and passed out. From then on Irving had earned her respect and for many years she grew up in the tower along with her best friend Jowan. Although she knew the tower was just an elegant prison she never resented the tower or it's templars. She believes the blame is on the Chantry and it's Maker, although she does not believe in the Maker like the people of Rivain she believes in Nature's Order and believes that elves, qunari and all other living things are on the same level as humans.
From here the following events occured:
-She helped Jowan to escape
(she doesn't believe blood magic is evil but was hurt by Jowan lying to her)
-She sided with the Circle Mages
-She allied with the elves and removed the curse
-Became an Acane Warrior and Blood Mage
-She fell in love with Alistair
-She destroyed the Anvil of the Void, killed Branka and crowned Bhelen
-She perserved the Urn
-She recruited all companions except Loghain who she killed herself
-She asked Alistair to go through the ritual with Morrigan
-She made Alistair and Anora rule jointly and broke off her relationship with Alistair
-She became BFFL's with Sten and Morrigan ( Morrigan called me her sister, that made me cry!
)After slaying the archedemon herself she:
-became the Teyrn of Gwaren
-chose to explore the world (DA:Awakenings)
-traveled with Sten back to his homeland and then her mother's homeland in Rivain
-became determined to track down Morrigan (DA:Witch Hunt)
Starting her adventure in awakenings she carries her Summer sword and Alistar's old templar shield to remind her what it is she fights for. The spells she uses now are the ones taught to her by Morrigan and she is even able to shapeshift, mainly taking on the form of a gigantic white bird.
In Dragon Age 2 her cousin Aurora Hawke will follow in her footsteps! YAY! :innocent:
