First of all, apologies if this is in the incorrect forum.
I have a question regarding the Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age for the PS3. I'm currently playing with the original, basic Dragon Age: Origins, but I would like to go out and purchase the Ultimate Edition to acquire all the expansions and Awakening. If I were to purchase and install UE, would I still be able to keep my save files and trophies? Or would I have to uninstall Origins and restart everything with UE?

even if you uninstall dragon age basic edition in favor of the ultimate edition you would still be able to play with your save games. when uninstalling dragon age make sure you select to keep your settings and save games. it will be shown in your uninstall window
i believe the achievements you unlock in game are stored in your ea account profile. as for the save game unless you specify during the uninstall of dragon age basic you can keep them and you will be able to use them with the ultimate edition.
BTW I don't have the ultimate edition so I wouldn't know from experience. but the procedure should be the same. i hope this helps. feel free to ask for further info
EDIT: I'm sorry I hadn't noticed it was under the playstation 3 section. it's meaningless what I explained above. Sorry I own the PC version.

Thanks, but would it be the same for the PS3? I don't exactly want to have to restart completely from the beginning and lose the files I already have...
