At the end of my 4th time playing Mass Effect 1 I noticed that all the charatcters eyes are red as if they all just smoked a bunch of weed. I beat the game, went through the credits and loaded the game to a save point from before I had even gone to illos and everyones eyes are still cashed(red)! Has anyone ever seen this before? Does anyone know why this is happening? Here are some pics below:

...those eyes don't look red.  They look very blue.

I've seen something similar - except it was in the background.  The walls etc looked like stained glass windows in a cathedral.
