Nice! Thanks for listing all! It seems that I won't get the pre-order bonus (Shield and Sword) because I ordered the Signature Edition from amazon.co.uk. But there is some nice stuff in the SE, so I shouldn't complain.

If you mean the lion of orleas and the fadeshear sword, they are supposed to be available for sig eddition as well.

After you join the NL it should have told you how to get it.

The DA Legends items seem so cheezy. They only offer stats and no visible changes to your character's appearance.

After you join the NL it should have told you how to get it.

Other than the companion and Emporium,the weapons are something I would want only for the looks.

Legends is still in beta, but it will be officially launched next month, before the DA II release date. Then you will simply have to play the game and unlock various achievements for the items, which I'm sure will be public knowledge by that time.
