No ninja romances.

Gawd I'm tired of breaking up with people I've never been involved with!!!

This is also a good point! ;) Few days ago I finished Witch Hunt and I was sooo surprized when Morrigan kissed my Warden :owhile they were never involved and he was with Leli, well, maybe Morri was "interested" in him, still, it was pretty weird ;)

The Fade may have been a bit of a grind but at least it was an interesting grind with you having to change forms to best handle the situation and combat and access to the next part of the map.

The deep roads was just endless piece of boring combat... Gosh I hate the deep roads.

This exactly.

I actually enjoyed The Fade, but slugging through the deep roads just got old.

Also... those chokers (ugh!!!) and the need to pander to my companions to get everything done.

Having your squishy PC in the center of the enemies attention after forced coversations. Darn I hated this. Playing a mage on nightmare and having to reload serveral times because your char was instantly killed after the conversation ended.

The thing I most hope is gone is the auto-spent skill and attribute points when enlisting a new companion.
I would say mage hats as well, but they mattered so little stat-wise, that I just didn't wear them, so instead I'll throw in mage robes; I want normal leggings or better looking robes at least.

Things I want changed, which have been changed include:
- Main player character being a mute; Hawke now speaks ME style
- A nightmare difficulty, which actually lives up to it's name (Not exactly confirmed this is the case, but Bioware seems to think so)
- Better AI among companion tactics (I've heard the tactics screen include more options, not confirmed though)

Women wearing heavy armor with no boobs lmao, seriously I hated almost all the heavy armor cause of that reason.  No i'm not talking about clevage n showing more skin then is resonable.  What I'm talking about is something like this

Image IPB

If I'm goin to play a female pc then I kinda want to look like one lol.  Not wear some bulky ugly armor that with a helmet on you can't tell if thats a man or a woman lol.  But I don't think I'm the only female that feels that way lol.

A simple backpack costing more gold to purchase than a brilliant-cut diamond.

Must have been Gucci.

To be fair, you could fit, like, 50 different weapons and suits of armour into those backpacks, along with poultices, crafting items and a crapload of other stuff. And despite how heavy that all that stuff must have been, it never impeded your movement or weighed you down.

You weren't buying a backpack. You were buying an invisible leather TARDIS.

Damn you Face of Evil, I don't even play D&D and I've been reading this strip for a good hour or so.

Cheesy, awkward sex scenes.

If they release a toolset, you'll see some very nice sex scene mods within a short period of time.

woooow:happy: if there were some armors looking like that in DA2 I'd consider playing a female warrior;) but I think people argue somewhere on this forum about whether 'feminine armors with boobs' are nice or stupid, you might want to show them this beautiful picture :)

Also, mage hats.

The Fade, Overpriced backpacks, mage hats (they are ugly as sin, i think the mage in Witch Hunt even somewhat acknowledges this), Overwhelming number of humans in party as opposed to a single Elf, single dwarf, single Qunari, single dog, and single Golem..........nevermind.

few weapon types (your expecting me to believe that in a medieval fantasy worlds there are no sodding polearms?), little variation in skin color (why can't the characters be black?), Lack of sentient races that aren't remotely human looking, the glitches, my god the glitches, lack of patches for consoles (really Bioware, really?), number of save slots (making a character and importing him through all the DLC he/she is available in takes up nearly half, not the mention the other DLC)

i could easily go on, sure some of what i listed is just personal preference but a few of them are problems that do need to be adressed.

Haha that made my mage unplayable after a while.

The fade can get lost, I don't mind the odd half hour in the fade, but the amount of time spent in there during the circle of magi mission is something I can never get back.

I agree on the mage wear

Its repetitive and boring and they should have fixed it but from all we have seen the mage gear seems identical to DAO

I would have to say the memory leak or what it seemed to be while being in places like Orzammar where everything was instanced and you constantly watched the celtic symbol spin waiting for the load which seemed to become longer and longer as you played until you restarted the game. That was prolly just a PC issue but I do remember people also commenting on it,.

And more mage clothing for god sakes please more mage clothing the tevintor skin and fat suit was the same thing you started with and ended the game in. (thank you modders for the additional options)

I hope there are more 'deathblows' (fancy animations when you kill an enemy. eg. beheading), with more variety and that when you decapitate an enemy you see the head fly away.

See I don't suffer from load time issues most of the time. I only really have a couple of glitches that I see consistantly playing on my PC. The really annoying one being that in the final battle section of the game. It takes like 15 to 30 seconds for an enemy I one shot to fall down because they jsut keep on running with the number of them on the screen which is just really odd. I hit most of them and run to the next and they keep on running and fall down somewhere behind me.

The other would be seeing a bit more variety in the really good weapons. There are acouple of nice axes in DAO but by the time you usually get your hands on them you have a better sword or dagger usually and there's a real need for a bit more love for good ones of those to me. Even in DLC. And Awakening has a couple of nice Maces but unless you do something like run off to pick up Justice the very first thing you don't really get to use them. And even if you do you pick up something better pretty quickly.

Oh and I agree on the mage hats. There are a couple that look nice but if your going for stats they aren't usually the ones you'd wear. It's like running around everywhere wearing a beanie on your characters head... Except that I think I'd prefer to wear the beanie to some of the mage hats.

I totally want WITCH hats... witch hats are sexy.  Those cowls in DAO are just atrocious.

I actually liked the Fade scenario.  Course, with my many playthroughs I've gotten pretty good at it, I can breeze through it in 5-10 minutes, sans cutscenes time.

Eh? They had their own run animation in DA O. Now she looks like she's about to wet her pants. I want to old animation back.

That's pretty much where the difference ends, though. My female mage running towards an enemy with her staff drawn looked like an orangutan.
Now that I think about it, same goes for simple walking, like walking with Duncan to Ostagar, or joining the other recruits at the Joining.
Simple running around was the only movement that had gender specific animations, as far as I can recall.

That being said...

Useless junk in high-level chests.

^ That. I loathed going for chests, especially in the Deep Roads. You'd have to fight your way through webs and spiders and whatever else to get to it, only to find a lonely Deep Mushroom. Ugh.
