Locked chests BEFORE you could get a Rogue. I would say the generic music, but that's okay for the most... Unless it's a boss battle. But in those cases I simply use headfones and loud music anyways...
And of course... Useless loot. First time around Origins I clinged into every junk I came across thinking it might be usefull latter one... Imagine how pissed I was to find out that Blank Velums where useless.
Whats the worst thing in DAO that you hope is gone in DA2?

I love Dragon Age. The only thing that I don't enjoy is "The Fade" part where you turn into a mouse, a golem, a spirit and a flaming skeleton (although I do like the speed this skeleton runs at). If there is another fade I'd just like to remain as my character. That is all.

I really hate the delay in loot spawning

I want to be able to figure out and then read the new codex pieces in the game. It always bug me because there are no notices on which item is new and if it is then it's erased when you scroll down the list.

I pray that there aren't only manly looking clothes for the Lady Hawke. I got tired of the whole bulky look. I'd appreciate some armor like the female dalish armor and such. Just to balance things out. Would be nice to have that ability to either look more manly (as some people will) or more feminine.

The lack of taunts. I don't want to just kill them, I want to spit on their name as well. There needs to be some sort of roided roaring flex action from the Warrior, some skillful bulldust from the Rogue to make him feel better about being a terrible class, and an evil cackle from the Mage, preferably to the point where he can't contain himself and falls to the ground in absolute mirth.
