So I got the UE recently, and ran the disc so it installed all the DLC. It shows up on the hard drive, and in game under DLC it says they're all 'downloaded'. However, my dad started a game the other day, and he doesn't have access to any of it, despite it also showing as 'downloaded' on his account. Is it only available on one account per console, or did I do something wrong? Thanks!

So apparently, SOME of them are loading. However, I was specifically trying to show him Warden's Keep and the golem recruitment mission, and those won't show up anywhere. I'm so confused.

Warden's Keep and the Stone Prisoner are part of the Origins campaign, as is Return to Ostagar. They are not standalone modules to be accessed.

Are they not part of the UE then? They don't show up on the travel map, and I remember being able to access them as soon as you were done with the prologue missions.

They're part of UE insofar as they are included in the overall package.
I got the impression that you wanted to access them by going into 'Other campaigns' and playing them straight away, which is why I stated they are not accessed that way.
The Origins dlc I mentioned above are in the game during Origins. But you have to do certain things to get them. Read the codex, they'll give you instructions in game for easy access.
If memory serves: for Return to Ostagar you'll first have to go to Bann Loren's land on the map; for the Stone Prisoner you'll have to go to Sulcher's Pass; and for Warden's Keep you'll have to speak to Levi Dryden at the party camp.
If those starting points aren't there, then you'll have to analyse why they aren't there. Perhaps I or others can help you on that once you've eliminated the possibility that you've merely missed the trigger points.

I'll have him try that next time he's here. When I tried last night, in his journal I saw the "Downloadable Content" area, and it had 5 or 6 missions listed, but not those other 2. Maybe he hasn't done the triggers yet. I'll let you know. Thanks for your help!
