There are two missing special assignments in Mass Effect 2 that were not included because there are based off what you did for them in Mass Effect 1. But since Mass Effect 1 is not going to come out for PS3, lets just say that Shepard met the requirement to have the people appear in Mass Effect 2. The two missing special assignments from Illium are A Troublemaker: Conrad Verner (which gets you a discount at Gateway Personal Defense, Illium's gun shop) and Gianna Parasini.

They left those out because those were specific to characters being imported.



I do feel they should have been left in though.

Well that's because a PS3 ME2 is a brand new playthrough except for the Genesis choices. Like with a fresh ME2 on PC or 360 all sidequest things are flagged as not being done.



Now they could have had Genesis inaddition to allowing plot choices flag all the ME1 side quests as on...
