It's such a simple thing.

Yep. Making a game 3D takes no time, manpower, or money.

It's so simple and easy to do, I assume Btingly would mod it into 3D himself if they released a toolset.

Sorry to say but it really IS simple. Adding compatibility for Anaglyph and nVision is a matter of designing certain 2D elements to blend with the 3D mode. And yes, it requires time and manpower...but heck...designing Hawke's underwear also requires those, maybe even in greater quantities.

Stereoscopic 3D is just a matter of drawing slightly miss-aligned images. The engine can do that without problems.

You do know that the OP is a new member with no game registration just trying to sell 3D products

I dont really care about what the OP is selling ot whatever. I was just saying that stereo 3D is easy to make, hence, the quote.

(Note: With 3D glasses there is no discomfort like crossing your eyes).

For 3D TVs there is. its not like the polarised glasses used in theatres now.

Sorry but 3D is a gimmick that will die out again shortly.

The fact that you need special glasses to view it correctly just reinforces that IMO.

Maybe but is it worth the effort for only a small amount of people that even want to bother with it?  Not right now when you need to wear glasses for it, it can cause headaches, and it's expensive.  When it no longer needs glasses and becomes cheaper, then it will start becoming main stream and a part of every household.

I can only hope you're wrong and that 3D tech will evolve to a point where you dont need glasses (already has actually, but im talking about end-user solutions..and soon).
