Yep. Making a game 3D takes no time, manpower, or money.
It's so simple and easy to do, I assume Btingly would mod it into 3D himself if they released a toolset.
Sorry to say but it really IS simple. Adding compatibility for Anaglyph and nVision is a matter of designing certain 2D elements to blend with the 3D mode. And yes, it requires time and manpower...but heck...designing Hawke's underwear also requires those, maybe even in greater quantities.
Stereoscopic 3D is just a matter of drawing slightly miss-aligned images. The engine can do that without problems.
