I really don't believe for a second that this leak was unintentional. Bioware is a huge corporation: I doubt they'd accidentally do something as dumb as upload some achievements without meaning to. Also, the OP has only posted this thread, and that's it...

Anyway as I said before, I don't see this 'bridge the gap' DLC being anything huge. They can't just start ME3 players in a Batarian prison randomly: what if a ME 2 player never downloaded the DLC?

Also posted (the link) in the Ash Fan Thread, and Kaidan + Ashley VS DLC Wishlist thread.

If that's what you mean.

Thank God someone posted another summary.  There hasn't been one of those for at least a page. <_<

GDC is after tomorrow. Hopefully we hear something then (a trailer!). Recall that GDC 2010 was when Kasumi was announced.

If the stuff Pwener2313 said is true, and I know MOST of it is, why would Kenson be there? I think it may have something to do with this: http://masseffect.wi...eviathan_of_Dis

Why can I NEVER properly link anything? EVER!

Maybe Object Rho is the Leviathan of Dis?

Im thinking the same thing. It has ti be the Leviathan of Dis. if it isn't, BW is bad at making continuity. Why else would they make the Leviathan up and then forget about it?

It could just be farscape reference.

I would love to see the leviathan of dis in the DLC, though. It would be a shame for there not to even be a mention of it.

Since the Leviathan of Dis is a starship (a Reaper?), as the Wiki says... I think that this Object Rho is some device inside the starship.

Oh bloody heck, this is what I get for being glued to the dragon age 2 forums for the past few weeks. This little “whoopsie” just trumped any hysteria I was feeling towards that.

I don't think it's a Reaper. Maybe an experimental one, but not a real reaper. I think it's something else.

That is not an "ultimate sacrifice". Sorry, but someone is going to willingly give their life at the end of Arrival. My bet is on an NPC introduced in the add-on.

Yes it is. It need not be a death but it may be Shepard having to leave Earth to its fate as the Reapers arrive to build his army. Provided it is a surrender, it may be presumed that Shepard is dead everywhere else thus qualifying as giving your life for something greater.

As I also said, 'or another non-squadmate character is sacrificed'.

However, all theories have the same amount of validity.

Or as Choppaz said, it could be a subset of the Leviathan of Dis; that is to say, a device belonging or related to the supposed ship.

I wonder if the Leviathan's indoctrination did to the Batarians what Dead Space 2's marker did; make them rebuild it even though they have no idea how to do it.

How long do you guys think it'd take to rebuild a critically "wounded" Reaper to full power?

We can estimate that the "Reaper" was in a dormant state and was stolen before Humanity's encounter of alien life so Im guessing it's near, or already functional, but likely not to it's full potential.

Most DLC is also put on discs. I've seen almost every DLC for Borderlands, Fallout 3, Red Dead Redemption, and so on at Best Buy. DLC is pretty easy to come by, even without an internet connection.

His point wasn't "what if someone can't download it?" it was "what if someone hasn't played it?"  :P

I agree that it's unlikely any critical info or plot development will be in the DLC.  It will probably continue to be more like the books and comics and stuff:  fun for fans, but not crucial.

maybe the ultimate sacrifice has nothing to do with shepherd at all.

It could be some technology that a previous generation of life created, knowing that they were doomed to be wiped out by the reapers, so that this time around we would have a weapon to fight the reapers. i.e. they sacrificed themselves so that life was able to fight back the next time the reapers came to the galaxy.

That was already done with the Protheans. If they pull that again Im gonna be disappointed in BW's lack of originality. I hope that Im right and Shepard gets captured by Batarians and starts ME3 in prison.
