I hope the new DLC that comes out will be amazing and yes worth it. I have almost all DLC and games. I love Mass Effect. I think this DLC might maybe be a Ashley/Kaiden or something complete new. I hope that it is something complete new, they did say that there be more surprises and DLC that lead up and close to Mass Effect 3.

Hope it doesnt include yahg and lots of dark corners - remember wht kasumi said about the statue "I can imagine that coming at you in a dark alley"

BW never actively market one game just before another comes out. we might get some tech stuff from GDC, like we did for ME2 - cinematics etc. but nothing final or really promotional.

That would be too cruel of good ol' Bioware. 
Well, its been 6 months since the release of the last story DLC (Lair of the Shadow Broker) and ever since the "leak" of those trophies in that patch for the PS3 version the forums virtually EXPLODED with interest. So, yeah it would be waaaaay too cruel for them NOT to announce something during GDC.

If not VS then some squad dialogue at least. I didn't like the N7 assignments or Overlord for that reason... N7 for the lack of dialogue/decisions in general though it had some squad comments, Overlord for the complete lack of squad dialogue. They're supposed to be your squad but it just feels like they're mindless drones. I'm hoping Arrival will have some since they might have recorded it around the same time they recorded ME3.

Honestly, I'd rather just be patient and let BioWare get on with whatever they're doing, but I admit it's time BioWare said something. Some of us are getting desperate, and the waiting is getting harder. I'll probably be disappointed if nothing is announced at GDC, but I won't be too surprised.

I'm going to make a wild guess and say that Bioware's not planning on making any Mass Effect-related announcements during GDC. We might get something the week after DA2 is released, but I'm not counting on it.

As we're still waiting for a ME2 DLC announcement I wonder when are we going to start getting news about ME3. Right now it seems like not before E3. Grrr, I guess I'm too used to movie marketing that kicks off about a year before a theatrical release. Here we are with ME3 coming out Q4 this year and we know NOTHING.

We'll probably hear something DLC and ME3-related after BioWare has released DA2 and locked down all the elements of both releases. I'm hoping they also announce the details for any collector's or special edition they have planned for ME3.
