There use to be a time when games didn't come with DLC, they made a good game and you had to wait a year or two maybe even three and sometimes more for the sequel to arrive. We are lucky as it is to get additional content every few months for what is already a completely full high quality game. We all know its coming they have even said as much to us when they could have just denied everything and shut this thread down. All it takes is just some paitience, they know what they are doing and when they feel it is best to release the info, I don't think a sudden change of heart fueled by nerd rage telling Bioware that they suck will expedite their announcement. In fact it just makes their fan base look petty. Just remember that rushed content will always look and feel just that, rushed. Lotsb was excellent and I want the same quality and that takes time.

Hear, hear.

I'm just as eager as everyone else to see what the next DLC holds in store for us but I'd prefer something of LotSB's level of quality. And berating the devs doesn't get anyone any where, they work hard to give us what they do. Of course, setting the bar as high as they do does make us fans over-eager to have more.. we can never truly be satisfied after all but as the saying goes: "Good things come to those that wait."

I just wonder what the development time was for LotSB. If we know how long it took for that to finish, we might get some new indications on the new dlc that way.

I definitely agree with this. Some may dislike DLCs, but I think it's one of the best things to happen to gaming, and BioWare always delivers quality-wise. While I also want news now, I'd rather have an excellent DLC that we won't get in a while than a mere average DLC immediately. And like I said, I know BioWare won't fail us.

Really? 'cuz the only quality DLC Bioware has delivered thus far is Shadow Broker, and Overlord to some extent.

No one does DLC like Rockstar.

You didn't like Kasumi? She's one of my favorite characters, and her mission was cool. I also enjoy using the three Firepower weapons. Bring Down the Sky was also a very good DLC for the first game. I never did buy Pinnacle Station, though, so I don't know whether or not it's good. According to the reviews, at least, it's not.

I got it just for the achievements as well. As a matter of fact, Pinnacle Station was the only mission I didn't do for my canon playthrough -- intentionally so.

I've enjoyed most of the DLC. Bring Down The Sky was pretty good, Pinnacle Station was bad, Zaaed was okay, Kasumi was great, Overlord was great and Shadow Broker was awesome (the car chase alone was worth it).

No one does DLC like Rockstar.

Great, now I'm going to beg for an Undead Nightmare style expansion for Mass Effect. <_<

There's very little nerd rage in this thread that I've seen, just people excited for information (and some jokes about raging). There is some nerd rage, but not much.

Okay aside from my last post, I haven't been on this thread for a while. Does everyone still think Arrival is a LotSB-esque dlc, or could it possibly be an expansion pack?

Some say there are too few achievements for a full expansion, but you never know.

The general consensus is that it's probably LotSB-esque, but that we would love to be proven wrong about that. :D

I just want this to be longer than the 1 hour LotSB. I feel like it wouldnt fill in correctly with the time line if you can do like all this stuff rumored in 1 hour.
As long as Grunt gets to rip some Salarian apart, Ill be happy.
