Finally a real story based DLC. I've been waiting to hear more about the Reapers since the freakin end of ME1, even if we only learn something small to tease for ME3. Bioware needs to fill that gigantic story hole that ME2 made.

The VS is special ops. The VS can be anywhere the alliance wants eyes and ears. They sent the VS to a non-alliance human colony just to poke around based on rumour about Cerberus.

That's not an argument for the VS being in the DLC, just that the current status of the VS can pretty much justify them being anywhere.

No, your post couldn't have been perceived as offensive at all. But I did indeed misunderstand you. Yes, a VS DLC would be cool (if it isn't what the VS would be getting in ME3, or it doesn't make the ME3 revelation worse, as I said) but there is no point of complaining about it if it doesn't happen, guys. You'll get your proper VS dose when ME3 comes, and it will be worth waiting.

For those of you thinking that the Reaper's will destory the Sol Mass Relay, I'm sorry but this doesn't make any sense. Why would they destroy it when they can simply deactivate it for other races like they did in their last invasion. Vigil explained all this in ME1.

I think that earth being attacked in the trailer would indicate that its something that happens relatively early in the game.

Kinda like how they showed at SDCC that the Normandy was going to be blown up for ME2--and it was the first thing that happened in the game.

Why show something HUGE at the end so far ahead of time and spoil the ending? My thought is that since they revealed earth being attacked by Reapers as the teaser trailer, its going to be something that happens pretty early on in the game.

"Arrival" does seem to suggest the start of the Reaper invasion in whatever scope. Seems appropriate that the VS join Shepard on such a mission. I know it would please a lot of fans. Regardless, sounds very interesting.

to be fair evryone says the next dlc will have ash or kaid. get over it if it happens cool but.....................

Oh, I won't cut myself if they aren't in it. I'm not that into the VS and I avoid having any expectations of anything. Like many others, I just enjoy making predictions. I try to fit them with the available evidence and my undestanding of Bioware but I'm not trying to be safe either; I fully expect to be wrong.
