Definitely not. E3 will be all about Mass Effect 3, not this DLC piece.

Yeah E3 needs to show ME3, not a DLC. Logically, DA2 includes the Arrival leaflet (our first hint of Arrival if we didn't get the trophy leak). DA2 will be released in all major territories by Friday 11th March (mine copy is on it's way, yay!), so I'd imagine the marketing team will allow Arrival info to be released after the 11th. I don't see the benefit of waiting for weeks after the DA2 release, I've got my fingers crossed well hear something in the next week or two,

E3 will be ME3's coming out party. If Arrival isn't out by then, the best we could hope for is small bits of info.

Anyone else think this could be like "Case Zero" for Dead Rising 2? You know, a prologue to the story in DLC form taking place before the story of the game.

Did you not see the achievements? Those combined with the Cerberus network news is all you needed to find out the whole plot of the DLC.

Yea, I knew that, but the surprising lack of info combined with Bioware's amazing track record of long waits, this will release around E3, or later. That's cutting it very close to ME3.

Although the achievements counterdict my theory...

Besides PAX is a lot more "announcement friendly". There it's all about general public getting their hands into new games, info etc.
