I think they might be waiting for the oh-so-important comic that is Evolution to finish, which is on April 19th, I believe.

I think it was more bioware waiting for dragon age 2 to come out and get its chance first before being downplayed by any mass effect announcements. They did not want competition with their own games lol.

Bioware stated that the Cerberus Network would have 2 weeks of news update leading upto the release of ME3.
They also said there would be a week of news leading upto a DLC release.

It have a theory that Arrival will be announced in April and released sometime in June (during or after E3). By doing that, everyone would be hyped up for ME3 and in the "Mass Effect mood" because of the ton of ME3 coverage at E3. Then Mass Effect 3 would release in November/December of this year.

^I don't agree. A pesimist always expects the worst, which is good. For example, someone says that we'll get information about Arrival tomorrow. A pesimist say it won't happen. If this is the case, you were right, your disappointed but you were still right. If Arrival would have been announced you were wrong, but your eventually happy 'cause you got what you wanted.

Though it depends on how you see pesimist

So true that a meer anouncement for Mass Effect 2 DLC can bore out the ass of trump a newly released game for Dragon Age. Better let them have their 15 minutes.

DLC usually comes out on a Tuesday so it could be any one of these:
5th April
12th April
19th April
26th April

I think we'll be getting it sometime in April, i doubt it would be May or June.

I for some reason was expecting to get dlc way before than.

They wouldn't need to release DLC to get people excited about Mass Effect 3 though. A good teaser (which they are skilled at making) and information will be more than enough to get the excitement up.
