Well, that's as close to confirmation that we're probably going to get that the lady in the "cage" was the good doctor that Shep went to rescue. The same lady and Shep are in somebody else's building and appear to be discussing the situation.

I don't know blue symbol that is over the doorway. I'd guess the Batarian Hegemony, but can't find a record of that.

We have what appears to be a countdown clock: 2 days, 3 hours, 25 minutes and 26 seconds, but that's another leap. And we don't know which planet's time it's based on, even if my guess was correct.

I have no idea what's on Shep's back. I'm predisposed to think that they are new, Batarian weapons since the evidence is so strong that this DLC is set for Batarian space, thanks to previous revealtions, and there's some evidence for a infiltration or stealth scenario.

That would actually work. In the other ss, we see a number and an image of a relay. Here we see the time. I'm going with some sort of countdown - my prediction is that there is some sort of build up in the relay where the end result will be the arrival of the Reapers. Maybe Shepard uses the Normandy to damage the relay.

solo mission... i guess that makes sense, since we do have to do a stealth mission according to the trophies leak, and that would be hard with squad mates seeing as how they roam everywhere

Yup, I see. But we have to assume, given that the ss is named after that number that the mass relay is central to the story somehow.  I'm still guessing that's where our arrival is going to occur. (This has already probably all been discussed to death, I know).
