Anyways, I'd like to know hat that reaper thing is on the right.

Its some technology that feeds power to the nearby relay that allows it to create a sufficient field so the Reapers can jump in.

I think there is a new weapon shown in this screenshot. If you look closely at the merc closest to you (the middle one), there appears to be some kind of pistol or maybe a submachine gun.

So I'm guessing that Reaper looking thing is Object Rho. What does it do?

Also, the timer on the previous screenshot, is it counting up or down? I ask cause' it's starting with "02" which could be 2 years which is when Soverign was killed.

Or is it 2 months? Gah i dunno.

I kind of lost my zest for the subject not to long after the original leak, its nice that they are finally giving us some screen shots and all. But I would have preferred this a while back when I still had the enthusiasm for this.

I understand Bioware/EA was in a bind, they have exclusives, a timetable, and other commitments, but at the same time leaks happen and refusing to deal with them. instead of just going with the flow and releasing some info early was a bit of a PR mistake.

None of the major sites have said a word about these new screen shots or the leaflet in DA2, I only found out by accident when I came to the Bioware forums to look something up. Any and all major interest in the DLC has seemed to peter out in the weeks following the original leak and that is a pity.

That being said it from the screen shots it looks like Bioware may be outdoing themselves for ths DLC. So fare I've really enjoyed the screenshots. And I hope thats a new weapon, and that we may possibly get some new armor for Shep!

The countdown could be anything.
Maybe the Dr. is running a program that calculates the position of the reaper mass relay in darkspace and the countdown just tells how long it will take,

I realized that this is the first game for which I bought every shred of DLC like a fat kid emptying a jar of candy corn. This DLC? Absolutely no different. I've read that this content will bridge the gap between ME2 and 3 and I'll be interested in how they link the storylines. Some kinda prologue to the prologue, maybe?
And as for this "Ultimate Sacrifice" achievement/trophy? Somebody's toast. That's my prediction. You don't really get more ominous than "Ultimate Sacrifice" unless you entitle it "Somebody is SO Dead". I wonder if we won't get an echo of the nasty choice we needed to make on Virmire. I ended up throwing Kaiden under the bus specifically due to the haircut. That much blowdrying? You're history, Special K.

If it hasnt already been said the reaper object is called Arca Monolith refer to ME Evolution it hasnt been revealed what it is yet, maybe we`ll find out in issue #3

Remember, there is a point in Overlord where you're talking to Dr. Archer and your squaddies are doing other things like cleaning up bodies. It doesn't have to be a solo mission.
