In the Arrival, Commander Shepard has to rescue an undercover agent that possibly has some evidence for the coming reaper invasion. Playing an important role is the popular Admiral Hackett, whose voice actor is Lance Henriksen.

What Casey said is, that this DLC should show us how imminent the arrival of the reapers and their reaping is.

It is definitely Hackett, check the German ME website, notice it says: "Admiral Hackett, dem der legendäre Science-Fiction-Star Lance Henriksen (Alien, Terminator) seine Stimme leiht." Basically, Lance Henriksen is voicing Hackett.

Yes. The title of the German post translates to "Mass Effect 2 DLC: The Arrival comes at the end of March."

Microsoft and PSN update on Tuesdays, so it is safe to say this DLC is going live March 29th.

It will either be today or possibly over the weekend with that gaming expo in Eastern Europe.

If memory serves me well, we should also be getting CDN updates next week.

Well it is possible that they are using Lance Henriksen for Mass Effect 3 and he will have been in the studio recording his lines for ME 3, it isn't hard to see they might get him to chuck a bit of dialogue in for this DLC at the same time.
