Wait. Nobody is disagreeing with this?

Does it meant that I am right?

Nobody is "right" or "wrong" at this point.  All we are doing is speculating.

But it's simple logic. A bit too simple, yes, but if I made a mistake in my way of thinking so far, why doesn't anyone point it out?

Because this thread is moving to fast for everybody to respond to your ideas, and the fact that I can't say if it's right or wrong because I don't flipping know anything, neither do you, and neither does anybody else except BioWare at this point.

Hmmm...Speculating based off of the "Arrival" title, Im going to take an "eductated guess" and say that it has to do with the "Arrival" of the Reapers since ME3 is basically going to open (more than likely) with them breathing down our throats anyway. As for the achievement "Covert Action". Im personally "Giddy" about that one because true "stealthiness".....Yes, stealthiness, like Stephen Colbert's Truthiness...is one of the only elements missing from ME2. Either way, nice find OP and good form mate.

I'm curious how they plan to do "true" stealth with ME2's engine. I hope its not that hide and hope stuff a lot on non stealth based games try.

Ok, how come no one is asking this question...how did you get the patch before every one else? My friend and I popped in the disk into our PS3s and there was nothing. There are also similar reports around the net of people saying that they have not recieved any patches.

Also has the problem with importing character data been fixed? as it stands now you can't retain your weapons and equipment on a second play through like the XBox

The "Arca Monolith" or rather the Object Rho, perhaps?

Kidding aside, I really think that this is Rho. And if it is, it proves at least one of my points. Giant husks were needed to move this.

And the question is:
What does this monolith do? A conventional weapon? No. A place that holds information? Maybe. An indoctrination device? Or perhaps:

Monoliths are fictional advanced machines built by an unseen extraterrestrial species that appear in Arthur C. Clarke's Space Odyssey series of novels and films. During the series, three monoliths are discovered in the solar system by humans and it is revealed that thousands if not more were created throughout the solar system, although none are seen. The subsequent response of the characters to their discovery drives the plot of the series. It also influences thefictional history of the series, particularly by encouraging humankind to progress with technological development and space travel. The first monolith appears in the beginning of the story, set in prehistoric times. It is discovered by a group of hominids, and somehow triggers a considerable shift in evolution, starting with the ability to use tools.

I've got it too and I'm the UK if that is any help in narrowing things down.

And to think, I was asking myself yesterday why I keep coming here every day expecting new info that never shows up. I'm glad I was surprised today. Thanks, OP. <3

How to get the stealth achievement for the "Arrival" DLC pack:

1. Take Miranda in party with you.
2. Be stealthy enough to get to the enemy station's cook. Paragon/renegade him into preparing food and making everyone come for lunch in the canteen.
3. Step 2 would normally take 1/2 of the guys in the station to the canteen, but you took Miri with you for a reason. Having her in a party will result in a second paragon/renegade, that will enable you to convince the cook to assemble a pole in the middle of the canteen.
4. Convince Miranda to accept the offer. Now, all the bad guys in the station will be in the canteen and you can move freely and rescue the hostage.
Oh, almost forgot most important steps!

I agree with the general idea that if this is a new DLC which seems really early for it, most likely it will do with the inroads made by the Reapers or something in line with them/the novels.

The gratuituos shots of Miranda's ass character development tend to do that.  Just hit it with the lotion, and the swelling should subsibe in a few minutes.

I'm expecting more along the lines of "Joker, don't go in that room yet because the Collectors might catch you!" kind of stealth.

It's funny how everyone is here speculating about what the dlc could or could not be but no one is asking the obvious...what did this patch fix? Did it fix the corrupt saves? Did it fix the problem of your weapons not carrying over with an imported character? Has the audio and video problem been resolved? And of course, how did the OP even get this patch? I've tried 3x now and have not been prompted to install any sort of patch.

Answers please.

You're missing the point totally Phaedon. It's not that nobody bothered, it's that nobody CAN bother.

Logic sounds reasonable, but so what? No one knows one way or the other so what's the point? Your speculation and guess is just as valid as anybody elses.

They're well-coordinated replies, and so far they've been damn speculative. We don't know what it is, or when'll it arrive.
Only one thing is certain: if BioWare doesn't announce it soon, there won't be a forum left to discuss."

That's all fine and dandy. Just so long as this speculated DLC doesn't have any needles in it.

It adds a Call of Duty style multiplayer option and retcons half the game to add Spartan ninjas.
