As others have said, it could be that this Dr. Amanda Kenson will be the one to perish, and that her sacrifice slows the advancing Reaper fleet.
I like the way you think. That does make a lot of sense... it'll be sad if somebody else has to die but... it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

I hate to say it, but I think bioware is going to kill off whoever you saved. Makes it easier for the third game, as in who has to be in the game.

That is a pretty big ooops on the part of bioware. Now they have to give us info on our next DLC
