I always scan them in a zig-zag fashion, vertically. A lot quicker.

Bioware doesn't say, but that would make no sense. Releasing it for a new market that's still just a fraction of total ME2 sales, that would serve no purpose other than to make a lot of people mad.

Not sure if anyone's said this yet. But Dr. Kenson was in the last CDN article. She is the one who was doing research on the relays and found that "some" of the relays were Prothean era.



So while the Arrival is hinted at the reapers... it could mean the arrival of any unknown race through a dormant relay. We all know what happened with the rachni... and how the Humans beat back the Turians when we ventured through (small joke).

actually them destroying sols relay could happen since the reapers clam to have built them the could just use one of there own to make a new sol relay to get to earth

and in ME3, Shepard has to rally the other species, find a new relay/way to earth, and bring in the cavalry just in time to save earth?

Is anyone sort of confused as to how this will work, if it is, say, the arrival of the Reapers?



If it continues the main games storyline, it'd be a DLC that'd force you not to die in the finale. (Which seems unreasonable as I imagine some players would be reluctant to have to follow a certain story path in order to play for what they've paid for)



If it can be accessed at ANY-TIME, that would seriously screw up the story. Like if someone decides to trigger the Reaper invasion the moment they first get the Normandy.



I mean, I guess it could work if it only became available once you've got the Reaper Tech installed upon the Normandy ready to access the Omega-4 relay, but again that would disrupt the pacing and urgency after the events that transpired moments beforehand.
