What about the guys who don't buy the DLC? Ash/Kaidan would have to be shrugged off "Oh they died where..." and I can't imagine them doing that. It's not Liara who can be said had eventually killed the Shadow Broker. Talking away the death of a major character doesn't seem right. And who says "sacrifice" means death? I know Ultimate Sacrifice typically means death but it could also mean captured by Reapers. I'm willing to bet if Ash/Kaidan are in this DLC, they won't be the ones doing the ultimate sacrifice. AND for that matter, who says they'll be in this at all? We know for sure SOMEONE will be making an ultimate sacrifice (ultimate sacrifice means different things to different people) since that's the achievement for completing it.samagent wrote...
I hate to say it, but I think bioware is going to kill off whoever you saved. Makes it easier for the third game, as in who has to be in the game.
So say your last goodbye's because Ash/Kado will not live to see the end of the Reapers.

True, but with a name like "ultimate sacrifice", I feel like the death count has to be incredibly substantial. Staggering.
A planet seems to fit that bill nicely.

You have to wonder what's going on in the BioWare PR department right now. Do they know we know?

See, I actually believe this DLC will be like Overlord, and have NO bearing on Ash/Kaidan/Wrex.
How can Bioware possibly write in a rekindling friendship/romance plotline with the BIGGEST FREAKIN PLOT POINT IN THE TRILOGY SO FAR: THE REAPERS HAVE ARRIVED!!!!
It would just seem inappropriate, and it'd cut in to its impact.

Guys I'd like to quote Phaedon from MEC forum."phaedon"
By the way guys, Rho is this greek letter: Ρρ
Which means that Object Rho is a numbered scientific artifact.
