To me, "coming weeks" means we won't be hearing about it officially until after Dragon Age 2 comes out, as to not steal any of Dragon Age 2's thunder lol.

There's always a chance we'll all be pleasantly surprised, though.

I'm not so sure about taht lets keep in mind that GDC starts on friday i think we could get news on monday

It actually does sound like it. This narrows down speculation to a more realistic degree. The arrival is probably the Normandy's arrival, and the sacrifice could be whatever you didn't choose to respond to. That is to say, it doesn't seem to involve the Reapers just yet.

I think we've learned more than we need to know just from the descriptions. Whatever happened to "this is a secret achievement, unlock it to find out what it is"?

I bet that there will be one more and final DLC after "Arrival", one which really sets the beginning of ME3. Besides "Arrival" only has 3 achievements/trophys.

It doesn't seem like there will be another, given the whole three more weeks of announcements on Cerberus in Canada, with two of the three occuring pre-ME3's launch. But you never know, maybe those last 2 weeks will be when the final, story-bridging DLC lands.
