SSV Budapest hooray! Go-Go Central-Europe! :D

Yeah, SSV Warsaw was blown up in the Battle of the Citadel;/ I'm from Poland btw.

Polak Wegier dwa bratanki, i do szabli i do szklanki :)))

SPOILER on

Well, as far as I  discovered in the TLK files, the wrecked ship might be the SSV Budapest (this is only a guess no solid evidence).

SPOILER off

Anyhoo it would be interesting to see SSV Bratislava and SSV Prague aswell :)

I'm not expecting a release. At least, not this month. Chris' post from a few hours back seems to suggest an announcement in a couple of weeks, but not a release.

THIS

However, to be fair, Chris mentioned that we'll learn about those achievements in a couple of weeks.  Since we already know what the achievements are, the only way to learn about them is by playing and completing the DLC.

But this is just my take on what he said, especially since he's telling us to continue checking the website for further info - which would be of the DLC itself.

I totally expect we will see something at PAX. Probably a trailer or a release date. Then have it release sometime in August or July.

Prolly the arrival of Blasto the Jellyfish Spectre as a temporary squadmate, from the title. I can picture it now: You and Blasto are on a space station with an asari Eclipse merc on the other side of an airlock door. "This one doesn't have time for your solid waste excretions." (Blasto moves a tentacle towards the "open outer airlock door button," giving Shepard a chance for a paragon interrupt, otherwise the asari gets blasted out into space, her scream fading off into the vastness of space.

Maybe ,,The ultimate sacrifice" reffers to Virmire. Person, who died here, will be resurrect by Reapers and will be introduce in the end of dlc as messenger of reapers and one of the main villains in ME3

Yes.  As someone else once so eloquently put it, what a DLC-ock tease.

That's really farfetched. I really don't think Bioware would do that.

Apparently Shepard gets to choose between two distress calls, with the one chosen as the one to be saved eventually. I would assume that the other distress call is what this sacrifice is directed at.

Makes you wonder why Shepard even has a team Posted Image

Shepard only has one ship.

Technically he/she has two ships, the Normanday SR 2 and the Shuttle.  I don't see any issue with the team being split up into two and sending 1 team on the Normandy to 1 distress call and the 2nd team to the 2nd distress call in the shuttle.

We already know that the shuttle is quite capable of carrying the entire team (all 13 of them) so carrying half the team won't be a problem.

I would really want a VS dlc, but if it wont happen, then I expect the developers have planned something huge in ME 3 for the VS

Technically correct, charmingcharlie -- but the shuttle doesn't have stealth. Even a lowly shuttle running engines has a brighter "signature" than the Normandy in stealth mode.

Because its the same sort of heavy handed writing as Virmire, remove any other options so you are forced to make a choice. Even if the situation is totally illogical based on what you have at hand.

Forgive me if you've already seen this, RunicDragons:

For those checking this thread for developments,  D4rth Man7iz posted this link.

Somebody uncovered more info with interesting detail in the PC version of the latest appearance pack. This latest windfall has not been confirmed by BioWare.

Looks like the Normandy is headed for a long stealth mission in Batarian space.

(This “public service announcement” will be updated and repeated every three pages or so. If more than that goes by and I can’t post, I’d appreciate it if someone  would carry it forward. It should help spare people some searching.)

It's interesting but I'm not wholly on board with it yet. Can't see any reason to put that in a costume pack being the main reason unless it's an easter egg. Timing is a bit suspect as well, could be genuine though, odder things have happened.

The PS3 patch does at least make sense everyone who wanted to play the DLC would have to have it anyway.

Not sure if it has been said or not...but typically we get information on Thursdays (allows Xbox to release info through Major Nelson's Blog) and then actual content released on Tuesday's...wouldn't be surprised if we are told to start watching CDN Tuesday 3/8, with the DLC to follow the Tuesday after that (3/15) - maybe a little later than that, they will want to make sure that it is clear of the Dragon Age 2 release after all...

Yep that is probably the blunt inelegant excuse they will use.  It seems the shuttle was stealthy enough to get them from the Normandy SR2  to the Shadow Broker ship without detection from advanced sensors, lookouts and patrols.  Yet in the vast expanse of space the shuttle is a belisha beacon :innocent:

Btw to every Ash/Kaidan fans (including me): since it's a highly Alliance orientated DLC we have a quite good chance to see Ash or Kaidan :) Would love to see them teamed up with us and discover the truth that the Cerberus aint manipulating us :)
